Housing Developments

The Housing Authority of the City of Hot Springs operational entities consist of the following:

The Public Housing (PH) Program assists with rent subsidies and is owned and operated by the Public Housing Authority (PHA). The following locations are Public Housing:

  • Eastwood Gardens /Eastwood Heights which is comprised of 245-family housing units (1 to 4 bedrooms)
  • Mountainview Towers which is a 120-unit complex housing the elderly, handicapped, and disabled; and

The Section 8 (S8) Voucher Program assists with rent subsidies supporting up to a total of 658 vouchers for privately owned houses, apartments, and mobile homes in Garland County; and

The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program for Section 8 and Public Housing (via ROSS grants) assists in helping families and individuals become self-sufficient.
